CityDeck Landing Apartments ~ Studio - 3 Bedrooms with Resort-Like Amenities

I rented at City Deck for about 5 years. The location is excellent. So many great restaurants, useful shops, and fun spots for having a great time in great company. Great views, appliances, countertops, bathroom hardware, etc. The management team at City Deck has always been excellent. They see to it that the building is well taken care of and always made me feel like an important tenant. The view of the river is special.

I moved to CityDeck Landing in 2021 and I absolutely love it. I have used the community room many times when my family and friends have been over. In addition to the community room there is a movie room, library, and workout room. Taking a stroll on the City Deck is beautiful no matter what time of year. When it’s warm it’s nice to sit On the deck and watch the boats come through while grilling on the provided grills. All in all, I have to say CityDeck Landing spoil their tenants and treat us like family.

I have lived at City Deck Landing for a few months. I love the downtown area! Great views and close to fun events. Christie is super nice and a pleasure to work with. You couldn’t ask for a better property manager!! I feel safe and secure here. The building is well maintained and everything is kept very clean.

CityDeck Landing is just a prime real estate to rent in Green Bay, and it doesn’t get better than this. You can walk to anywhere in downtown. The community room has pool table, snacks, tea or coffee, big screen TV, then there is a Gaming room, Library, Fitness center, and a Media Center room on every level where you can bring a movie to enjoy. There is a huge terrace with grills and lots of outdoor lounging furniture and a fire pit, very secure building, and everything is always very well kept, and clean. Things have just been nothing but amazing under Christie and Sean. It’s the best apartment-living experience I’ve had. Highly recommended!

City deck landing is a luxurious property. We rented one of the units on 3rd floor facing the entire river view and downtown area. This place is perfect. Well maintained, everything is clean and very organized. I felt very comfortable and safe living in this property. Ms Christie is the best. This place is very special!
